Bounding |

Bounding is a plyometric exercise and is really useful for individuals who need an explosive movement
in their given discipline. It is hard work and demanding and as such should only be undertaken if the
individual has a good anaerobic grounding. If done correctly then muscle damage will be high and in
such cases it is extremely important to allow for significant rest of between 24 - 48 hours with only
light exercise permitted.
