Fitballs
There are various sizes of fitballs to choose from. You can pump the ball up but do not exceed the maximum. Ideally when sitting on the fitball legs should be at a 45 degree angle.
The white fitball is the smallest
The yellow fitball is medium size
The green fitball is large

Balancer
This enables you to work on your balance and makes squats much harder to achieve.

Bench
You can use a bench for your free weights. It is adjustable to allow you to lie, kneel or sit on it.

Bands
There are various types of bands:
Dynabands are elastic but very strong. You need a firm hold to maintain a grip.
If this is difficult then these bands are also ideal as they have a handle.
